1. 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee


We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be an eligible item for return. Please check each products description before purchasing to make sure returns are eligible for said product.

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

It must also be in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

 


Please contact us first before sending any returns.



2. How to Request a Return


To start a return, email us at support@bytebuddy.shop with:

Your order number

The reason for your return

Photos or videos (if applicable, such as for defective products)


Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address and shipping instructions.



3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we are not responsible for lost packages.



4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


If your refund takes longer than expected, contact your bank or card issuer as processing times may vary.



5. Damaged or Defective Items


If you received a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.



6. Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

1. Check your bank or credit card account again.

2. Contact your payment provider.

3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, email us at support@bytebuddy.shop.



7. Non-Returnable Items


Certain items cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Downloadable software or digital products

Items marked “Final Sale”
